Harry Potter: Magic Awakened Fan Creation Event Paint your color to the magical world!

Please note this event is only valid in Japan, Korea, and SEA. All participating regions will share the prize quotas and announce the winning entries collectively.

After the submission period ends and before the public announcement period, the organizers will conduct the final review of the award-winning artworks in conjunction with the judges. The criteria for judging will be based on creativity, originality, enthusiasm and love for HPMA, relevance to HPMA, level of difficulty in creation, innovation, and overall completion of the artwork. (Please note : Judges may vary due to different regions.)

After all the major awards have been announced, the winning artwork from the illustration segment will proceed to the next round of web voting. The top ten voted artworks will be implemented in the"Harry Potter: Magic Awakened" game as an in-game loading screen display for a month. During the display period, the loading screen will feature the text "Fan Creation" and the Twitter ID of the award winner. (Please note: The loading page implement might be delayed due to technical issues. The official announcement shall be made once the delay is unavoidable.)

1、This event includes prizes that can only be experienced in the Japanese region, winners in other areas will be changed to in-game rewards when it comes to The Cursed Child Ticket. Participation in the submission implies understanding and agreeing to this rule. (The Cursed Child Ticket equals to 10000 in-game gems).
2、After the winners are announced, all selected SEA winners must join the Discord https://discord.gg/THY6zmmz9g for more information. The official Discord shall open a channel dedicated for winners. After verifying the social account and submission record, players must provide their UID and the corresponding delivery address to receive physical rewards.
3、All physical rewards will be distributed in random character styles. The image content on the event introduction page is for reference purposes only.
4、Participants should be adults under applicable laws in your country or region (regardless of region) at the time of participating in this activity, otherwise, please participate in the competition with the knowledge and consent of your guardian.
5、Some in-game rewards shall be distributed through in-game email after the event.

1、The submissions must be original creations by the participants, and the participants must have the right to submit these submissions for the competition. Please note that while the organizers do not review whether the submissions infringe on copyrights if the organizers independently determine that your submission material constitutes or may constitute infringement, the submissions will be disqualified, except in cases where participants promptly provide exact proof of rights.
2、For submissions produced in collaboration, please provide the necessary information about the collaborating creators when submitting. Artworks of this nature can only be submitted by one participant and multiple submissions are not allowed. If a submitted artwork wins, the corresponding prize will be awarded to the respective submitter.
3、If any of the following situations are found in the submitted works or participants, the organizer reserves the right to immediately disqualify the participant:
1）The submissions contain any infringement (such as illegal copying, misappropriation of any third-party's works) third-party copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights and other legal rights; violations of any third-party's portrait rights, name rights, trade secrets and other legal rights (the organizer has the right to pursue the corresponding legal responsibilities of the corresponding participants at the same time, including but not limited to requiring the participants to compensate the event organizer and its affiliated companies for losses suffered as a result of legal procedures).
2) If the submissions contain any inappropriate content (e.g. political, religious/racial/gender discrimination, malicious mockery/sarcasm, obscene or pornographic material, faith, religion, or other belief systems; tobacco-related products; betting, gambling, or lotteries; weapons & gun clubs; adult product services; infant formula/baby milk; pharmaceuticals; surgery; fireworks; family planning; dating services; dietary supplements; mining/extractives, insulting or controversial content), or content that damages the reputation of Harry Potter: Magic Awakened game products or the organizers (including their affiliated companies and products), or contain any content of products other than Harry Potter: Magic Awakened game products, or contain other content that violates the provisions of relevant laws or policies, or contain other content that violates good customs and social morals.
3) If participants engage in any actions that harm the legal rights (including but not limited to reputation) of Harry Potter: Magic Awakened game products and/or the organizers (including their affiliated companies and products), such as publishing or forwarding any false information about Harry Potter: Magic Awakened game products and/or the organizers (including their affiliated companies and products).
4) The participants use the submitted works for commercial purposes or grant it to any third party for commercial purposes without the Organizers’s written consent.
5) If participants provide false or invalid information.
6) The participants commit any other act that violates any of the rules of the event issued by the organizers, affects the normal operation of the event (e.g., affects the fairness of the event), or otherwise negatively affects the event.
4、Once a submission is made, participants are considered to have accepted the rules of this event. If participants violate the rules, the organizers have the right to immediately disqualify them.
5、If participants make arbitrary modifications to already published work posts, they may lose their eligibility for participation or awards. If modifications are necessary, please send an email to 【HarryPotterMAROA@gmail.com】 in advance to report the changes. If participants delete their published work posts themselves, it will be considered as relinquishing their eligibility for participation and awards.
6、The same artwork cannot be submitted to more than one competition track at the same time.
7、By successfully submitting a work according to these event rules, the author of the work has granted the organizers (including its affiliates) a non-exclusive global authorization for the work for free and permanently.
8、Any content not specified in these event rules shall still apply to the Harry Potter: Magic Awakened game user agreement and privacy policy.
9、Avoid portrayal of darker themes from canon, including the use of unforgivable curses and Lord Voldemort.
10、May not feature any footage, actors image or likeness, or creatives from Wizarding World Motion Pictures and Productions.

All entrants acknowledge and agree that this Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, WB Games Inc., or their respective parent companies and affiliates (collectively, “Warner Entities”). Entrants are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any Warner Entities.
1、The same work cannot win multiple awards, but there is no limit to the number of times an author can participate. Each participant may win more than one award with different works, but the same work cannot be winning multiprizes.
2、The use of AI is prohibited.
3、Authors shall not delete their works or turn their accounts to non-public during the submission andselection period,otherwise, they will lose their eligibility for selection.
4、Award-winning works must remain publicly accessible for at least 3 months (counting from the day theawardwinning works are revealed).
5、If the award-winning works are reported by players as plagiarism or embezzlement during the announcement period of the event results and after the event, and such reports are confirmed, the official operation team of "Harry Potter: Magic Awakened" will withdraw the rewards. Supervision by all players is welcome.
6、The final interpretation right of the event belongs to the official operation team of "Harry Potter: Magic Awakened".
7、The event provides official models, setting images, etc., for players to reference and use. Commercial useor other behaviors are strictly prohibited, and legal responsibilities will be pursued if violations are confirmed.

1、The voting period will last for 10 days. Limit 1 vote per IP address per day.
2、You can cast any number of votes for the works you wish to support. There is no limit to the number of votes you can cast in a single instance, the number of votes you can cast in a day, or the total number of votes you can cast.
3、All unused votes will expire at the end of the voting period.
4、If any behavior is found that disrupts the voting process or negatively impacts the candidates, the organizers reserve the right to immediately disqualify the user from participating in the event.
